There is no official “Basel IV” framework issued by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS), at least not yet. In the USA, the term 'Basel IV' is not, as of now, an official term recognized by the Federal Reserve, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), or the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
